Picnic Premiers Friday 4/20/18!
University Theatre’s Picnic by William Inge premiers Friday 4/20/18 and runs until 5/5/18. Directed by Tricia Rodley, Inge’s Picnic is set over one labor day weekend as generations of women prepare for Labor Day celebrations in their small town, a young drifter inspires life-changing choices. This 1953 Pulitzer Prize winning play challenges us to revisit a 1950s America from our current vantage point.
